Derrick retired as the Deputy Chairman of the St Luke's Hospice Charitable Trust and member of the House Management Committee.

Caroline Jopling Company Secretary Originally from Rotherham, Caroline qualified as a solicitor and worked with British Coal in London and Doncaster and ultimately Nabarro Nathanson in Sheffield.She left private practice to work in the family business as Solicitor/Company Secretary.At the same time she took a post graduate dipolma in Business Administration at Nottingham Trent University.Caroline has been the clerk to her local parish council, sat on the advisory panel to RMBC concerning Rights of Access to the countryside and was Chair of the PTA at a local school.

Robin France TreasurerHe retired as Group Company Secretary/ Financial Director from Tinsley Wire in 2000.
