Simon Willing is Chief Executive Officer of Ogier Fiduciary Services.He previously worked in the firm's litigation group gaining a wide experience of all areas of litigation, both criminal and commercial.In 1996 he joined the firm's business law group specialising in the provision of advice to trust companies.In 1998 he became a partner and assumed responsibility for Ogier Fiduciary Services.

Simon Willing remains as CEO for Ogier Fiduciary Services.

Simon Willing is the CEO of Ogier Fiduciary Services.He joined Ogier in 1993 and became a partner in 1997.Simon provided corporate, commercial and private client legal advice before assuming responsibility for Ogier Fiduciary Services in 1998.

Simon received his LL B., with Honours from Staffordshire University in 1988 before becoming a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple (1989) and an Advocate of the Royal Court of the Island of Jersey (1992).

Simon is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.
