MARIETTA, Ga. ; D.S. "Will" Willing, 49, of Kennesaw, Ga., formerly of Newton, N.C., died Jan. 27, 2003.

Born in New York, he was a son of Corinne Willing of Natick, Mass.

He attended Center View Baptist Church in Maiden, N.C., he was a product manager with Ceridian Corp. and employed with Selectron Corp. in Charlotte.He retired from the U.S. Air Force and was a former faculty member of East Texas College.On the board of directors for Cobb County Georgia Work Force, he coached youth sports for 25 years and published a number of articles for IT Trade Magazine.He was a member of Balls Creek Optimist Club.
