Martin Willigan graduated from the R.H. Smith Business School of the University of Maryland at College Park in the year 2000 where he received a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and a minor in Advertising.In 2002, he joined Lakeside Title Company, and was trained as a Settlement Officer.He has become very proficient, having closed nearly 2,000 cases.
