Caldwell manages the day-to-day operations of Smoothstone IP Communications, including the development of scalable operating processes for business growth.He has over 25 years experience as a small business executive and owner.Prior to Smoothstone, Caldwell served as general manager of a multi-million dollar regional operation of Inter-Tel Inc., where he directed all sales, installations and service functions.Before Inter-Tel, he purchased and became Chairman/CEO of I.T.S. Corporation, a precursor to Radio Shack phone stores.Mr. Willig holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University.
