    Slater said Weaver Street Market is not concerned with any previous problems the building had.He said the group will tear down the structure and construct a new building in its place.

    Slater has not yet chosen any architects or engineers to help with the project, though he said they will play an important part in the development of the building.

    He said Weaver Street Market most likely will rent the property for a two-year period before any major construction begins.
