Mr. Williford came to Pilgreen Engineering, Inc. in August 2004.Mr Williford previously worked at the Alabama Department of Transportation as a project engineer in charge of highway and bridge construction.Mr. Williford retired from the Alabama Department of Transportation in 1998 after 32 years of service.After retiring, Mr. Williford worked for Earth Tech, Inc. as a consultant to the Alabama Department of Transportation.Mr. Williford is currently responsible for field coordination in charge of storm water inspections.
