Joining PW in 2007, Rachel brings her years of national and local magazine experience to an already dynamic team.Having graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in English, Rachel has followed her love of writing and community involvement to a fun and enthusiastic career in the editing field.

Originally from California but raised in Arizona, Rachel has lived in nearly every city across the Valley - from Yuma to Flagstaff - and commonly touts Phoenix as the only city she will ever live in.

Rachel recently became engaged and looks forward to her new marriage in a house full of animals.In her spare time, you will find her gazing at the giant tortoises at the Phoenix Zoo, singing karaoke in her favorite downtown bar, or walking her big yellow lab with her new fiancé, Jeff.
