Jen Faith Williard earned a B.S. in Nursing at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, in 1997, and continues to work as a nurse in San Francisco.

Jennifer F. Williard, 33, a registered nurse and the mother of two children in diapers, said she is concerned about the less frequent collection because of the number of families in the neighborhood who produce lots of garbage.

"There's a bunch of small kids in this neighborhood," said Williard, who lives on Triple Creek Drive in East Raleigh.
