Apple Festival has attracted more than 200,000 visitors and $10 million in revenue to Hendersonville over the Labor Day weekend, but Henderson County Chamber of Commerce President Bob Williford said he does not think the recent hard freeze will result in a chilly reception for the 61st celebration.

  The announcement is a blow to the community, but is necessary to help Henderson County's largest employer stay competitive, said Bob Williford, Henderson County Chamber of Commerce president.
