Willian is Asset Manager for Major Transactions at McKinley, and has over seven years experience in commercial real estate development and brokerage.Mr. Willian has extensive qualifications in multi-site development and has managed projects from inception to final use.In addition, Mr. Willian has consistently been successful in increasing revenues, occupancy, and income through his expertise in building tenant relations and responding to client needs.Mr. Willian holds a B.A. in Business Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.Mr. Willian is a licensed real estate salesperson and is a member of ICSC - International Council of Shopping Centers, and BOMA - Building Owners and Managers Association International.

Craig P. Willian joined Ludwig and Seeley, Inc. as Assistant Vice President of Investments in April 2005.Craig has over nine years of experience in multi-site commercial real estate development and brokerage taking projects from inception to final use.He has represented nationally recognized retailers as well as private investors in the expansion of retail, office and multi-family investment portfolios.Craig is licensed to transact commercial real estate in the State of Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Missouri.He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) and the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA).Craig is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Commercial Real Estate.

Craig joined Olympia Partners in September 1999 specializing in retail sales and leasing.Prior to joining Olympia , he worked for 2 1/2 years for a small commercial real estate company , which had a retail component.Craig received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University in Finance and Commercial Real Estate.He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
