Chef Tommy Williamson brings more than 13 years of culinary experience to Spratt's Kitchen & Market with his innovative new recipes and ideas.A Charlotte native, Tommy uses inspiration from his southern roots to create hearty dishes for Spratt's daily Blue Plate Special, and our delicious soups, fresh sandwiches and pastas.
Tommy started his Levy Restaurants career at Bistro 100 as a Sous Chef more than four years ago.His culinary expertise and valuable experience in catering soon led him to Spratt's Kitchen & Market where he quickly took over the kitchen's helm.
