    As the son of a military family, Dr. Williamson traveled a lot when he was young and even attended high school in Germany.His family is originally from Winder, GA, Dr. Williamson has called Macon, GA home since 1991.

    Dr. Williamson graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA, then continued with his post-baccalaureate studies until attending medical school at Mercer University.For the past eight years, Dr. Williamson has practiced medicine in Macon, GA.His wide variety of clinical experience, emergency training and research background have allowed Dr. Williamson to provide comprehensive quality care to his patients.He worked as an ER volunteer and Emergency Medical Technician, and served as an ER Physician.Dr. Williamson also conducted behavioral research and published a case studies and abstracts.
