On Sunday, plaques honoring Thomas Wilson Williamson (1887-1974), an architect best known for designing Topeka High School, and Helen Hodge (1888-1958), a prolific painter of wildlife and photographer, were added to the wall.

Williamson operated a successful architectural firm noted for constructing schools.His firm also built Randolph Elementary School, Sumner School, Gage Elementary School and Crane Junior High School.He lived in College Hill at 1334 S.W. Boswell.
