President and Chief Executive Officer

As President and CEO, Mr. Williamson is responsible for leading the strategic direction of KPA.Mr. Williamson joined KPA in October, 1990, as part of KPA's engineering field staff.He moved through the ranks, serving as Director of Engineering and then Vice President, overseeing day-to-day operations and serving as Lead Engineer for ongoing KPA staff training and development of new branch operations.

Mr. Williamson served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he commanded a number of engineer and combat engineer units.He earned his B.S. in Engineering Management from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
