Williamson."But the perseverance has paid off in the 89 young students we've been able to help over the last 10 years."He pointed out that the tenth anniversary year also has special significance in that the foundation has a new relationship as a sanctioned scholarship organization by the Army/Navy Host Committee as a means to fulfill its obligation for community service.
