RENAULT APPOINTS TAMSIN WILLIAMSON TO HEAD ITS COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS DIVISION
Renault UK's new year brings a new face to its Commercial Operations division with Tamsin Williamson joining Renault as Manager, Commercial Operations meaning responsibility for the UK sales network.
Tamsin, from Hertfordshire, will manage, develop and implement network commercial programmes and strategy so as to achieve key commercial objectives.Beginning her career with Renault UK in 1989 as a Graduate working in Operations Management and as Retail Marketing Manager, Tamsin now rejoins the company to manage Renault UK's Commercial Operations and its 260 strong dealer network activities.
Returning to Renault UK, Tamsin brings a wealth of motor industry experience gained as General Manager at AFN Audi for Porsche Cars GB and more recently as Dealer Principal at Inchcape Motor Retail Limited for Cooper BMW.
Tamsin will head the Commercial Operations department overseeing the development and deployment of dealer bonus, incentive and motivational programmes, drive network development so as to raise the competence, scope and professionalism of the dealer network, devise development programmes for Area teams and translate Renault UK strategy into commercial programmes.
Reporting directly to Andrew Luck, Director, Commercial Operations, Renault UK, Tamsin will also be responsible for a 50 strong Commercial Operations team based at Renault UK's head office and in the field.
