The company recently opened a San Antonio office, and president Tama Adair-Williamson says she hopes to open five more satellite offices within the next two years.Dallas and Houston will likely come online first, though BME is also looking at markets outside of Texas.

Established in 2001 by Adair-Williamson, BME has experienced regular annual growth of about 22 percent, and will likely triple sales in 2006.Though the company will add about three employees per satellite office, the Austin office likely won't bulk up on employees for another few years.BME now employs 16 people, many of whom have a radio talent background, which is making BME's transition to radio services a smooth one.

"It was just natural for us to move in the direction of radio marketing and production," Adair-Williamson says.
