Susan WilliamsonAs COO of Insight Performance, Inc, Sue artfully balances the internal and external facets of our business including resource allocation, client services and infrastructure of the company.Sue thrives in her role as the face of Insight to our clients and forges meaningful, long-lasting relationships that bridge the gap between client and consultant.Sue leads our expert HR team both in the day-to-day management of processes and as a valuable resource to the myriad of issues presented by a growing business.

Sue brings over twenty years of experience in both consulting and internal management roles for a variety of industries.Sue has worked both in her own private consulting firm as well as in leadership roles with Delta Dental Plan, W.T. Haigh and Company, the Wyatt Company, and Fidelity Investments.She has designed, implemented and administered programs in general Human Resource policy, benefits, base and incentive plan design, performance management and executive compensation.Sue holds a B.A. from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. from Babson College.She is a certified Compensation Professional, and a member of SBANE and HRLF.

Susan P. Williamson is Chief Operating Officer at Insight Performance Improvement, Inc.She brings twenty years of experience in both consulting and internal management roles as former Director of Operations at Delta Dental Plan.Sue served as a key member of the leadership team and was responsible for a 7M budget and 200 employees, accountable for all operational activities.She was promoted into this role after having served as HR Manager at Delta Dental.Prior to this, Sue was a senior consultant for W.T. Haigh and Company and the Wyatt Company, managing key relationship and project management consulting assignments.She has designed, implemented and administered programs in general Human Resource policy, benefits, base and incentive plan design, performance management and executive compensation.Her experience spans the financial services, manufacturing, educational, municipal, health care, insurance, and public service industries.

Prior to joining Insight, Sue had a private consulting practice in the area of total compensation analysis, incentive compensation plan design, job evaluation and salary administration, work process design and performance management.During this period, she also served as Chairperson on the Town of Wellesley Human Resource Board .

Ms. Williamson holds a B.A. from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. from Babson College . Ms Williamson is a certified Compensation Professional, a member of NEHRA, SHRM and HRLF.
