With a full-time staff of 7 people and contract personnel totalling another 15 regular employees, Chief Executive Peter Williamson is part way through the company's 5 year growth plan which targets significant work in offshore geotechnics with oil majors.

Williamson commented that he was "delighted to be ranked 7th in this year's "Fast 100 awards" further remarking that "the company is in a solid position to take advantage of unprecedented growth in offshore activity".

Peter joined Benthic Geotech after four years as General Manager of Boral's Concrete Panel Systems businesses in Asia.Peter guided Boral's business from an extensive R&D phase through to commercialisation via establishment of production facilities in Kuala Lumpur with significant sales in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia and creation of other growth opportunities through the region.

Prior to this, Peter was a Director and founder of BSE Ltd in Vietnam.BSE provided a broad range of technical and consultant services to the resource, oilfield, and construction sectors including analytical laboratories, geological, geotechnical, and engineering services.
