  The rest of the property will be sold with a conservation easement upon it to Camp Trinity Inc., which currently leases and operates the camp, according to Peter Williamson, the Natural Lands Trust's vice president for conservation services.
  
  The Natural Lands Trust wanted to preserve the property to protect rare woodlands there and also to provide additional public access in that area.The organization's plans call for putting in a small parking area and some trails in the portion it owns.
  
  "It's gorgeous," Williamson said of the property.
