Peter Williamson has been a respected part of San Diego's catering industry for the last 10 years.Starting in 1991 working for a temp service he developed experience in all areas of catering.Eventually splitting his time working for Waters Catering and TKA.In 1995 he was hired as an event coordinator for Peartrees Catering, where he managed events for the President of the United States and the Republican National Convention (1996).That same year he took over the duties as Operations Manager at Peartrees.

As Operations Manager for Peartrees Catering Peter coordinated some of San Diego's largest and most prestigious events ranging in size from 10 to 10,000.Over the next 5 years he managed events for such notable clients as the Mayor of San Diego, Governor gray Davis, Colin Powell, and Janet Reno.Working for Peartrees in 1998 he helped oversee all the catering needs for San Diego's symphony and summer pops.
