  Pastor Mark Williamson and his wife, Leslie (also Pastor Williamson--of Trinity Lutheran Church in Des Plaines), attended St. Paul's congregational meeting on June 24, when the motion was passed to extend Pastor Williamson a call for the Associate Pastor position. Prior to his arrival here, Pastor Williamson served on the pastoral teams of Trinity Lutheran Church, Moorhead, MN, and Iglesia Luterana del Buen Pastor in Mexico City; and was Youth Director at Grace University Lutheran Church in Minneapolis.Originally from nearby Palatine, he studied English, theology, and humanities at Valparaiso University ('00), and graduated from Luther Seminary in St. Paul in 2005.Pastor Williamson began his ministry at St. Paul on July 1, and, in addition to sharing general pastoral responsibilities with Pastor Eastman, will have primary leadership in the areas of youth ministry, education, and witness.
