Until the plan is implemented Monday, metered parking through Saturday will be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., said Public Works Director Mark Williamson.This Sunday will be free.

In addition, motorists parking in a city garage or lot pay either an hourly rate or $5 for an event at the new downtown stadium.People with monthly or annual permits still can park in their designated slots until 6 p.m. Friday.
