More than 90 percent of the tenants are under contract, said Mark Williamson, director of leasing for North American Properties.
Confirmed as tenants are China Garden Restaurant, AmSouth Bank, State Farm Insurance, Crossroads Liquor, Steel Magnolias Hair Salon, Tan USA, Total Fitness for Women, Nextel, Subway and Il'Primo Italian Restaurant, Williamson said.
The center, once completed, will provide more dining and shopping options for residents of Lehigh and Gateway, Williamson said.
"It will set a new standard for development, a quality project that everybody will be pleased with," he said.
A dentist, animal clinic and national chain video rental outlet are close to signing on as tenants, but Williamson declined to identify them.

The other tenants will take occupancy anywhere from 60 to 90 days after that, Williamson said.
"Some will be open in 60, and a lot more will be open in 90," he said.
