"We stopped in to look at issues with the parking lot," said Williamson, who makes monthly trips to the area.

Williamson, who travels to properties across Indiana and the Midwest, had been using a two-engine plane that landed at the Purdue University Airport.

"It is a lot faster when you don't have to land and then drive a car to the destination," he said.
