The groom-to-be is the grandson of Mrs. Ernest William Fulcher and the late Mr. Ernest William Fulcher of Chatham and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Weldon "Pat" Williamson of Yanceyville, North Carolina.

Mr. Williamson received a B.B.A. in marketing and finance from James Madison University and is employed as a trader for the Energy Supply Group at Dominion Virginia Power.
