Mr. Williamson became Chief Financial Officer in July 2004 and brings over 10 years of finance, accounting and corporate development experience to the Company.Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Williamson was a consultant to Union Bank of California, Inc., where he advised on issues related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.Previously, Mr. Williamson served as Senior Manger - Financial Planning at Global Crossing, Ltd.During his tenure, Global Crossing grew from 100 employees to over 15,000, and Mr. Williamson was heavily involved in the financing, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning efforts of the company.Previously, Mr. Williamson worked at Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in providing auditing and consulting services to clients in the financial industry.Mr. Williamson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business-Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant.
