Jesse Williamson
Mr. Williamson Vice President, Seidman & Co., Inc, has a varied background in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, financial advisory services, business and security valuations, as well as in operations management.
From 2003 through 2007, Mr. Williamson was associated with FinanceNYC, LLC., a Wall Street merchant bank specializing in financing small- and middle-market high-growth companies while developing strategic partnerships, growth strategies and business models.
He authored business plans and conducted extensive financial modeling for a broad variety of first- and second-stage developing companies with manufacturing, service, tech and biotech, entertainment and internet-based operations.
While pursuing dual MBAs in Management Systems and Finance in the Fordham University Deming Scholars Honors Program from 2002-2005, Mr. Williamson held consulting positions at various companies, including Manhattan-based ITAC (Industrial and Technological Assistance Corporation), where he co-authored business plans and arranged financing for first and second-stage high-growth enterprises, as well as Met Life and the UN.
Mr. Williamson received a B.A. in English, with honors, from Rutgers College (1999) with an accompanying degree in Psychology, and dual MBAs in Finance and Management Systems via Fordham's Deming Scholar Honors Program (2005).
Mr. Williamson has taught Negotiations, Accounting and Presentation Skills as well as Financial Modeling through ITAC's fasTRAC program, a 12 week mini-MBA course designed for entrepreneurs and high-growth business leaders.
He wrote and presented ,Deming and the Venture Capitalist' and the 11th Annual International Deming Research Seminar (2005).
Mr. Williamson is a member of the Deming user group, a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and is licensed in the state of New York for real estate sales.
