Jennifer is Ecos' Senior Program Manager for residential retrofit programs.She works with Ecos' partners, Delta T and Ecotope, to provide services to customers that are technically sound, administratively efficient, and garner commitment and loyalty from the marketplace and customers.She managed the extremely successful retrofit program for the Energy Trust of Oregon (serving 30,000 manufactured homes, single family homes, and multifamily homes served by 3 utilities), and the Idaho Power Energy Star Lighting Program, among others.

In her 20 years of experience in the energy efficiency field, Jennifer has worked for a range of organizations (BPA, public utility consortiums, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance) and has expertise with many sectors and technologies (residential, commercial, solar).She has managed many multiyear, multi million dollar programs that involved strategic planning, implementation, extensive data tracking, and valued relationships.Jennifer has a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington, and has been with Ecos since 2001.
