JENNA WILLIAMSON, Accounts Receivable Supervisor, juggles phone calls by the dozens from Association homeowners, Association attorneys, lending institutions and title companies.Jenna's responsibilities include preparing the legal documents required in the sale and re-financing of homes within CPMG-managed Associations.In accordance with each Association's collection policy regarding delinquent homeowner's accounts, she advises Boards of Directors of accounts being sent to the Associations' attorney for collection once CPMG has sent the required late notices.
