Williamson oversees the development, construction, leasing and propertymanagement of Beacon TradePort, a 374-acre, mixed-use business park in westMiami-Dade County, and Port Everglades Commerce Center, a 100-acreindustrial park currently under construction in Broward County

Previously, Williamson was project director at Beacon TradePort, where he.spearheaded the park's development efforts.Before this, Williamson was a.project director with Codina Development for more than five years, where heworked on several industrial projects, including Beacon Centre and BeaconIndustrial Park

Prior to joining Codina Development, Williamson was a project manager and.estimator with Condu Corporation and a construction manager with HasekoDunn, which are both affiliates of Charles Dunn & Company, a large property.management firm in Los Angeles.He holds a bachelor's degree in economics.and history from the University of Southern California.Williamson is a.board member of the Industrial Association of Dade County (IADC) and a.member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce
