    A native of St. Louis, MO and the daughter of a piano teacher, Janna Williamson began formal piano lessons at the age of four.She graduated summa cum laude from the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music with a bachelor's of music degree in piano performance.While at Wheaton, she was the overall winner of the annual concerto competition and was twice given the opportunity to perform Shostakovich's Piano Concerto No. 2 with the Wheaton College Symphony Orchestra.

    Janna Williamson, faculty member at the Wheaton Yamaha Music School, recently received a Certificate of Qualification from teaching organization Musikgarten.Williamson will teach Musikgarten's course for young preschoolers beginning this fall to children ages 2 to 4 years old.Williamson is also a certified Yamaha Music teacher, and teaches Yamaha classes to children ages 4 to 9 years old, teaches private piano lessons to students of all ages, including adults.Williamson is a graduate of the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music with a degree in piano performance.
