Howard Williamson has been a peace officer in the state of California for 12 years.Half of this time he served as a computer crimes detective, assisting in the investigation of online child pornography, homicide, terrorist threats, robbery, rape, child abuse, identity theft, forgery/fraud, and bookmaking.He earned a bachelors degree from the California State University at Long Beach in 2000 and is an EnCE Certified Examiner.He is currently a master Instructor for Guidance Software.
