  WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) -- Mortgage insurance company Triad Guaranty Inc. said Friday it elected Henry G. Williamson Jr. as a board director.
  
  Williamson is an independent director who will work on the board's audit and credit risk committees, the company said.
  
  With Williamson, the company's board grows to nine members, Triad said.
