Helen Williamson, Manager, Data Discovery of Digital Mountain, has over 10 years of experience working for legal, consulting, and other professional services companies in various positions of technical support.Prior to joining Digital Mountain, Helen worked for over 7 years at Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass, LLP as a Technical Support Specialist where she managed issues relating to hardware, networking, systems, software, and end user support.Before Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass, LLP, Helen worked for Professional Consulting Group, Inc., as both a technician and consultant on various law firm projects.Prior to that, she worked at Arthur Andersen, LLP, Information Services Group as a PC/LAN Technician, providing onsite support.Helen holds an MBA (Marketing concentration) from Golden Gate University, as well as a BA and an MA in German from the University of Arkansas.
