"We've had a senior nutrition program in our basement for more than 30 years," says Rev. Harry Williamson, the First Baptist pastor of eight years and a former manager of a propane manufacturing facility.
Williamson, a Chicago native, felt the call to ministry a little late in life, but found a home in East Rochester.

"It's a walking community," says Williamson, "it's only about one square mile."

"But we're not comfortable collecting income information and turning it over to the government," Williamson says.

Williamson says there's no way the church can host the program this summer, but he hopes to make it happen next summer.
