Hank Williamson, Jr. Manager
Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) and a native of Alabama has been the manager since December of 1997.He is a graduate of Auburn University with a BA in Graphic Design and a MS in Political Science.He retired from the Air Force in 1992 with 26 years as a USAF pilot.He flew the B52D for five years where he flew 235 combat missions in Southeast Asia.Then he was assigned to the FB-111A, a high speed, low level attack fighter bomber.Hank also serves on the faculty of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses at the Fort Campbell extended campus of ERAU.He also taught at the Tennessee State University for three years.Hank earned his Private Pilot Certificate in 1965 and now holds an Airline Transport license.He owns a Piper Cherokee and a Cessna 150, and a generous friend with a stable of "hot" aircraft that Hank reluctantly agreed to help him fly.The SIAI Marchetti is his aircraft of choice.Hank is also the judge for the annual Tennessee Youth Aviation Art Contest.He is prolific artist himself and has many paintings throughout Middle Tennessee Middle Tennessee.He encourages the youth in Bedford county and Shelbyville to enter the annual aviation art contest.Hank lives with is wife Adriane in Bell Buckle, Tennessee, on a 75-acres farm where they are endlessly restoring a 100 year old farmhouse.Hank likes to build, restore and play guitars, banjos and mandolins.He can occasionally be found playing gospel bluegrass music at the Normandy Presbyterian church in Normandy, Tennessee.
