Graham has twenty years experience in the Information Technology industry with expertise in computer networking.He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees.

His industry experience includes a number of years with Bell Canada; senior marketing and technical positions with Digital Equipment Corporation.Graham has played a principal role in the analysis and implementation of a number of major information technology projects for the Queensland Government.He project managed a combined Queensland Police/Queensland Transport wireless technology project from inception to implementation which has proved to be one of the most successful projects ever undertaken by any Queensland state department or agency.Graham is currently providing expert advice to several Queensland Transport business process re-engineering IT projects.

Graham was lead consultant on the directory services definition project for Griffith University in Queensland, acted as the lead consultant and project manager for the Northern Territories X.500 central directory planning project and has been involved in the Department of Transport participation in the State of Queensland directory integration initiative.

Graham holds an electrical engineering degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from Bond University.Graham is an active participant and sponsoring member of the Gold Coast IT Forum and a member of the Queensland State Government Consultant's Advisory Committee.
