Mr. Frederick M. Williamson

Frederick M. Williamson has over 40 years management and operations experience.He is responsible for all contract administration.Mr. Williamson previously served as Securiguard's Executive Vice President for Operations.Prior to employment with Securiguard starting in 1989, Mr. Williamson completed 30 years of active duty service with the U.S. Navy.As a Captain, Mr. Williamson served in senior command and staff positions culminating in his assignment as the Vice Commander and Inspector General of the U.S. Military Sealift Command.He also served as the Commanding Officer of a major naval station, the Division Director of the Naval Military Personnel Command, and the Commanding Officer of a guided missile destroyer.Mr. Williamson attends contract deliverable briefings and monitors contract performance through first hand observation, records, and reports.

That quarterly evaluation is an accumulation of marks throughout that quarterâ€"what kind of performance at the gate, what kind of performance with your recordkeeping, the effectiveness of your training program and other factors," said Williamson.

As many as half of the 100 affected employees will be reassigned to provide security in different commands on the base, said Fred Williamson, executive vice president for administration for Virginia-based Securiguard, Inc.Laid-off employees will be offered jobs at other bases where the company provides security, he added.
