    GOFFSTOWN - Donald L. Williamson , 68 , died Monday at his home after a long battle with cancer.He was born in Montreal , the son of Lawrence and Aurian Williamson.He was raised in Pembroke , Ontario , and lived in Bedford for 33 years.He graduated from Clarkson University in Potsdam , N.Y. , in 1957 and was a standout member of the undefeated Clarkson hockey team in 1956.He co-owned and operated Souhegan Skating Center in Merrimack.He also worked for Lockheed Sanders in Nashua from 1980 until retiring in 1995.He served as co-captain of the Manchester Tam O'Shanters hockey team ; was active in fostering youth hockey in the Manchester area ; was instrumental in founding the Granite State Hockey League ; spent two decades coaching his sons and other area youth ; won many state and regional championships with the Manchester Flames ; and led the Flames to national tournaments.He was a parishioner of St. Patrick's Church.He enjoyed time with family , reading , music , traveling and spending time on Merrymeeting Lake in New Durham.Survivors include his wife of 42 years , Joan Williamson ; five sons , Robert Williamson of Concord , Donald Williamson of Falls Church , Va. , Michael Williamson and Stephen Williamson , both of Manchester , and Thomas Williamson of Portsmouth ; two daughters , Terese Rheault of Deering and Patricia Bonefant of Tuftonboro ; 16 grandchildren ; and nieces , nephews and cousins.Calling hours will be held tomorrow from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Phaneuf Funeral Home , 243 Hanover St. , Manchester.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday at 11 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church.Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.In lieu of flowers , memorial donations may be made to the Visiting Nurse , Home Health Care , 1850 Elm St. , Manchester 03104.
