Derick Williamson is an Expert CTS coach who specializes in multisport training.He lived and trained in Boone, NC, while he earned his degree in Health Promotion and Exercise Science at Appalachian State University.Derrick was a track MVP, team co-captain, and multiple all-conference distance runner, helping the ASU Mountaineers capture numerous Southern Conference Championships in both cross-country and track.He has devoted his post-collegiate racing and training to triathlon events.
