Claude is the Oregon representative for the National Pork Producer Council, an organization focusing on the legislative and public policy issues for pork producers, and is on the Animal Welfare Committee of the National Pork Board, the official organization of the U.S. pork industry.

"To make all natural pork we use all-vegetable feeds," Claude says.
