J. Robert Williamson - Vice President, Principal Since joining The Michael Allen Company in 1988, Bob has gained extensive experience through the leadership of growth strategy development at the corporate and business unit levels at premier consumer, industrial and financial services businesses.The growth plans have been developed in the context of strategic planning processes as well as separate initiatives.His consulting experience is particularly strong in corporate development: identifying and prioritizing new market opportunities; developing appropriate entry strategies; and acquisition and alliance due dilligence.Bob's expertise is in the creative structuring and analysis of market information and the application of proven strategy processes and principles to develop breakthrough solutions to complex business issues.

His management experience was with the General Foods Corporation, in the Meals Division where he held various financial leadership positions.His last position at GF was as financial manager and member of the general manager's staff of the Birds Eye Business.

Bob has an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business with concentration in Finance, and Advanced Professional Certificate in Marketing from New York University's Stern School of Business and BSBA from The University of Florida.
