Tana Williams joined the NHRA San Diego Affiliate board in January 2007. She has 3 years past experience on the NHRA St Louis Affiliate board as VP of Hospitality and Membership. Tana also has 6 years Recruitment Management experience combined with Headhunting expertise.

Tana started her Recruiting career with the State of Nebraska during college at Nebraska Wesleyan University, earning a BS degree in Journalism. Afterward, transferred to a full service staffing agency in St Louis gaining experience in headhunting, business development. Recruited by a client, Edward Jones, acted as a Recruiting Strategist for their Midwest region coaching top producing brokers in specialized recruitment tactics.

With increased strategic exposure Tana continued on to a Recruitment Management position with CitiGroup, and later relocating with Citi to San Diego in March, 2006. During tenure, Tana acted adjunct faculty for Webster University in St Louis and Fashion Careers College in San Diego lecturing on recruiting perspectives, career positioning and coaching. In October 2006, Tana started as Staffing Manager for Charlotte Russe Corporate offices and consulting with Fair Isaac in IT and Engineering niche recruiting. April 2007 Tana started as the lead Recruiter with spine technology leader, NuVasive, Inc. while continuing to serve as appointed Director of Sponsorship for the San Diego Affiliate of NHRA.
