Avory B. Williams joined Block & Company, Inc., Realtors as a sales associate in May of 2004.Avory joined Block & Company, Inc. to specialize in the leasing and sales of office properties in the Kansas City Metro Area.Since joining Block & Company, Avory has built a client base that includes over 700,000 square feet of office space in the Kansas City Metropolitan area.Avory has represented both Landlords and Tenants, including the principals of Block Funds, on a broad range of assignments, including leasing and marketing, consultation and brokerage.

Avory attended the University of Missouri in Kansas City where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.She is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Missouri and Kansas.She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, and the Missouri Association of Realtors.Avory is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Avory currently resides in Prairie Village, Kansas.
