Michelle is the Recruiting Director for Barnum Financial Group. She is responsible for finding new talent and guiding them through the licensing and hiring process. Michelle started at Barnum in 2003 and has since worked in several areas including Annuities, MetLife Securities and Compliance.

Michelle is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Psychology and Business Management. She currently lives in Trumbull with her husband.
