Philip began his financial services career in accountancy in 1983.He left that practice and became the Senior Manager of a multi-national plc's international fiduciary and investment operations which involved directorships of licensed investment and fund administration companies.

Philip is a founder member of Fedelta.

He is an Associate Member of the Compliance Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and a Member of the Securities Institute, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the International Tax Planning Association.
