Alta Genetics Inc. is pleased to announce that Terry White has been named manager of its Custom Services Division, focusing on bull housing, semen collection, semen storage and distribution for privately owned beef sires.
Terry has been with Alta's Distribution Department for the past 2 years as a Canadian Customer Service Representative, and from 1992 to 1997, Terry held the position of Senior Herdsman within the Alta Genetics Custom Collection Program. Prior to joining Alta, Terry was actively involved in a family owned commercial beef cow/calf operation in Saskatchewan. Terry holds an Agriculture Diploma from the University of Saskatchewan, and is licensed as an Artificial Insemination and Embryo Transfer Technician.
In his new role Terry will manage all aspects of Alta's Custom Services business, including marketing, customer service and relationships, animal welfare, semen production planning, private storage and distribution.
