   Mr. Raymon White joined Thomas & Associates, Inc. in 2001 and is a seasoned veteran with in depth experience in Government and Private sector organizations. Mr. White recently served as the Georgia State Director of Mother's Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and enjoyed leading the organization in its most successful legislative accomplishments in over a decade. Formally with the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Mr. White was responsible for contract compliance and served as a liaison between private industry and the department. Prior to his tenure with the Department of Transportation, Mr. White served as Director of Health Related Boards, in which he was responsible for the licensure and regulation of over 100,000 health care professionals across Tennessee. His organizational skills coupled with his unique professional experiences allow him to provide in depth results for clients seeking assistance in the legislative arena. Mr. White is a 1991 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

   MADD National Board Member Glynn Birch and MADD Georgia Executive Director Raymon White were in attendance. The Governor also did a fly-around to seven cities in the state on April 17th to promote the signing and MADD accompanied him and spoke at each event. Georgia's law will take effect on July 1 , 2001. CONGRATULATIONS to both of these states on the passage of this law.
